Blockbusters was a popular British TV gameshow (based on an American format).
Macsen were the original rights-holders for this and a number of other popular TV series in the mid-1980s.
For Blockbusters, they split the game into two separate releases, covering the two main parts of the show.
The first was a two-player only game where the players compete to answer questions to win control of hexagons such that they connect top to bottom or left to right on a board.
The second game was the Gold Run, where a single player attempted to cross a more complex board.
Macsen also released additional question packs for the first game.
