HIGH LEVEL VIEW:
-- From 3/30/15 - 5/25/15, I lost 20.8 lbs participating in the Spring Weight Loss Challenge.
-- From 5/25/15 - 6/22/15, I gained 7.6 lbs by going crazy and not caring what I ate or drank.
-- From 6/22/15 - (current), I am participating in the Summer Weight Loss Challenge.

WHAT STARTED IT ALL:
Before the first weight loss challenge, I thought I was around 240-245 lbs, which is my highest ever, but my first time on a scale in months (3/30) revealed that I was 256.2 lbs. Ouch.
Since I am 6'1", that leads to a BMI of 33.5.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
I am officially obese. The BMI scale has its limits, but for the most part, it is accurate. The fact is, I am fat and I need to not be.
WHAT I AM DOING TO LOSE WEIGHT:
-- Drinking 125 oz of water a day
-- Walking 10,000+ steps a day
-- Doing body weight exercises
-- Not eating fast food, soda, candy, chips, and crap like that.
