I'm taking part in the BGG Weight Loss Challenge and I felt that I would probably stick to it better if I made my journey public.

I've always been overweight, but my weight generally stays fairly stable. Unfortunately, that is normally somewhere in the obese range. I do a fair amount of exercise, but I also eat a fair amount of cake to make up for those calories lost through exercise. whistle

I completed Tough Mudder last October and signed up again for it this year, but my goal is to be somewhat lighter than I was last year so that I don't feel so embarrassed when people have to heave me over the obstacles.

I'm 5'8" and weighed about 14 st (196 lbs) last autumn. I've weighed myself over the last week and I'm now 14 st 11 lbs - too many cakes over the winter!

I may get off to a rocky start with this challenge as my sister's wedding party is over the Easter weekend. I will try not to eat too much cake.

My resolutions for this challenge are:
d10-1 Log everything I eat in MyFitnessPal, even if it makes me go over my calorie target.
d10-2 Cycle to work 4 days a week.
d10-3 Start running once a week - I need to be able to run 12 miles by September.
d10-4 Wear my WiiFit meter whenever possible and try to increase my daily step count.

And so it begins...

My weight this morning was 14 st 11 lbs (207 lbs).

I've dug my bike out and pumped up its tyres, so I'm ready for the cycle to work for the rest of the week. I've also just realised that this week is a short week (Good Friday is a Bank Holiday) so I'll only get to cycle 3 days in the coming week.

Week 1

Well, this week started well but all my resolutions fell by the wayside over the Easter weekend.
Day 1 (Mon 30th March) Started with enthusiasm and kept within calorie count.
Day 2 (Tues 31st March) Cycled to work. Having checked my bike over the weekend, I discovered the back tyre had gone flat overnight. Repumped it and cycled anyway, but it kept losing air and there was a huge headwind so cycling was really hard. Fixed the leak in the evening ready for tomorrow (turned out to be a sticky valve).
Day 3 (Wed 1st Apr) Cycled to work. Weighed myself and discovered I'd lost 2 lbs already so felt pretty positive.
Day 4 (Thurs 2nd April) Cycled to work - the newly found cycling muscles keep complaining!
Day 5 (Fri 3rd April) This is when it started to go wrong. My family have a tradition of getting together on Good Friday and making and eating hot cross buns. I tried to restrain myself, but lost all willpower after about the 3rd bun. I didn't eat any dinner, but I don't think any amount of not eating could make up for the number of buns and sausage rolls I'd consumed earlier in the day. Failed to track any food, partially because I knew it was very bad and partially beacause tracking home-made food is difficult. modest
Day 6 (Sat 4th April) In an effort to make better choices (and partly to try and reverse the day before), I made a salad at the supermarket with almost entirely fresh vegetables and very little dressing. I stayed for dinner at my parent's house and my mum made chicken casserole, which again I didn't track but I don't think it was too unhealthy.
Day 7 (Sun 5th April) Easter Sunday started with good intentions. My mum was cooking a roast dinner for the family, so I deliberately tried to take a small portion. But honey roasted parsnips are vegetables so they've got to be good for you, right? ninja Then the puddings came out and my good intentions dwindled away. There was banoffee pie which probably had my day's calorie allowance in every slice but it was so good. Having gorged on dinner, the willpower to avoid the chocolate that kept being offered failed shake We played games in the evening and there were crisps on the table. I didn't eat huge amounts of them but I definitely ate my fair share.

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 206 lbs (1 lb lost this week, 1 lb lost in total)
Miles cycled = 10
Days exceeded calorie goal = 2

Plan for next week:
Cycle 13 miles
Stick to calorie target for 6 days (I already know that I failed on Monday )

Week 2

This has been a week of electronic failures - the batteries have died in both my WiiFit meter and my cyclometer. I've also been pretty poor at tracking my food intake over the last couple of days and have not yet started running. So, how did I do this week?

Day 8 (Mon 6th Apr) The day of my sister's wedding party. She had afternoon tea, which was basically a cake party. Lots of cake. I didn't even attempt to count calories, though I hadn't reckoned on my brother throwing an impromptu pizza party later in the evening for the family which just added to the calorific disater of a day. But the party was good
Day 9 (Tues 7th Apr) Cycled to work. Was super strict with diet after yesterday.
Day 10 (Weds 8th Apr) Cycled to work. Ate a super low calorie dinner so that I could eat an Easter egg with my remaining calories. My boyfriend pointed out that that's probably not super healthy, but I wanted the chocolate
Day 11 (Thur 9th Apr) Cycled to work. Again ate salad so that I could supplement with chocolate. Luckily I've nearly eaten all the Easter chocolate so that temptation is diminishing.
Day 12 (Fri 10th Apr) Cycled to work. Met my friend for dinner in the evening. I'd gone with many good intentions. Unfortunately, she'd picked a fancier restaurant than either of us expected (one of those where the menu only gives you a choice of 4 different items). I picked the least bad looking and resolved to exercise more tomorrow to make up.
Day 13 (Sat 11th Apr) Cycled to work as I'd left vital paperwork at the office. Then cycled into town. Ate lunch out but made better choices and avoided cake.
Day 14 (Sun 12th Apr) My mum made a roast dinner, but it was mostly vegetables. Unfortunately, there was pudding, which mostly consisted of left over cake from Monday. I may have sampled all the ones I'd missed on Monday shake Failed to go running as I spent the afternoon putting together rabbit hutches, but have made a pact with my sister to start next weekend.

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 203 lbs (3 lbs lost this week, 4 lb lost in total)
Miles cycled = 13+ (cyclometer ran out of batteries)
Days exceeded calorie goal = 3

Plan for next week:
Get batteries for WiiFit meter and cyclometer
Cycle 13 miles
Stick to calorie target for 7 days
Get better at logging what I eat
Start running!

Week 3

This has been a slow week. I weighed myself on Wednesday and was excited to find I'd lost over 2lbs already this week, but was then disappointed on Friday to find I'd put it back on, especially when I'd been more active this week We did weigh my boyfriend this week, so it'll be interesting to see whether he loses weight over the course of the challenge - he's not intentionally dieting, but he's eating similarly to me. I introduced my friend to MyFitnessPal and we now have a friendly rivalry to see who can hit target first. I replaced the batteries in my cyclometer, but haven't worked out how to set it properly so I think it isn't reporting the distances correctly. It also thinks it's 8 hours ahead
So, how did I do this week?

Day 15 (Mon 13th Apr) Didn't do any noticable exercise, but was good at tracking my eating.
Day 16 (Tues 14th Apr) Cycled to work. Had netball training which mostly consisted of some light jogging, but any exercise is good exercise
Day 17 (Weds 15th Apr) Cycled to work. Played netball in the evening.
Day 18 (Thur 16th Apr) Cycled to work. Rejected my brother's offer to eat fish + chips, but then he came home with a portion for his 6 year old son who'd already had dinner. It seemed a shame to waste it, so I ate most of it and then went home for dinner shake
Day 19 (Fri 17th Apr) Cycled to work. My friends came round for curry in the evening, but I tried to make reasonable choices and not eat my bodyweight in curry. Whilst we were waiting for the curry, everyone had a go on WiiFit and all weighed themselves. Most of them last weighed in before Christmas and almost everyone had lost weight since then. I guess I can't blame my friends for my porking up over the winter
Day 20 (Sat 18th Apr) Failed to do anything active all day, but ate fairly healthily.
Day 21 (Sun 19th Apr) Intended to go running, but household tasks meant that by the time both me and my sister were free to run, we'd lost enthusiasm and stayed in and played games instead.

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 202 lbs (1 lb lost this week, 5 lbs lost in total)
Miles cycled = 10
Days exceeded calorie goal = 2? (not sure about curry night, but 2 dinners Thursday was definitely a bad day)

Plan for next week:
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
Cycle 13 miles
Stick to calorie target for 7 days
Get better at logging what I eat
Start running!

I was feeling fairly despondent about the slow weightloss, but I think it just feels slow because I'm too close - I have to keep reminding myself that stepping back and looking at the bigger picture is better.

Week 4

I thought last week was slow, but then have found this week even more frustrating! I've stuck to my calorie allowance and been cycling most days and yet seemed to be gaining weight every time I stood on the scales I avoided all temptations including biscuits and cake on multiple occasions and was seriously feeling like giving up mid-week. By a miracle (or possibly due to some intensive gardening on Sunday), I ended the week fractionally lighter than I started it.

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 201 lbs (1 lb lost this week, 6 lbs lost in total, 2.9% lost to date)
Miles cycled = 10
Days exceeded calorie goal = 0

Plan for next week:
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
Cycle 13 miles
Stick to calorie target for 7 days
Start running!

I'm in a much more upbeat mood now because, having waited a few days to write this, I know that week 5 is going much better. I think I may have finally turned a corner. I'm now under 200 lbs and am officially no longer obese (by a hair - my current BMI is 29.97) and am merely overweight.

Week 5

Well, this week was a bit of a change! Part way through last week, when I was failing to lose weight and even putting on some, I started making more of an effort to eat breakfast and to spread my calories out more, rather than eating most of my daily allowance for dinner. I played netball twice as well this week, which I think also helped but this has been a week of amazing weightloss. I've now crossed the magic threshold between obese and overweight I'm also back to the weight I was at the beginning of December last year, which was the lightest I'd been in years. This time I plan to carry on and lose more

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 196 lbs (5 lbs lost this week!, 11 lbs lost in total, 5.3% lost to date)
Miles cycled = 10
Days exceeded calorie goal = 0

Plan for next week:
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
Cycle 13 miles
Stick to calorie target for 7 days
Start running!

I've still failed with the running resolution, but I've been playing netball a lot so I think that counts a bit

Week 6

I'm late writing this up this week. Mostly as I was a bit sad about my weigh in weight this week. I've been struggling with motivation and coupled with my friends and relations tempting me at every turn, it wasn't a good week. I finished up the week drinking cider and eating ice cream so my weight on Monday morning was not unexpected

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 197 lbs (1 lbs put on this week , 10 lbs lost in total, 4.8% lost to date)
Miles cycled = 8
Days exceeded calorie goal = 2 (at least)

Plan for next week:
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
Cycle 10 miles
Stick to calorie target for 7 days
Start running!

As I'm writing this up late again, I know I've recovered from the upward trend and am now down on the week before last. My resolution is to hit the 6% by Monday - I only need to lose about 1.5 lbs to get there which should be achievable.

Week 7

I was doing quite well this week and sticking to the diet and then Saturday came and it all fell apart a bit My friends came round and wanted takeaway. Having gone over my calorie limit for the day, I lost control and turned into an eating machine, devouring everything in sight. I fasted most of Sunday and managed to weigh in this week at the same weight I'd been mid-week last week so I guess it could've been worse. Annoyingly though, my sister borrowed my bike on Saturday and it got stolen. And even more frustratingly apparently I have the wrong kind of insurance So no cycling for me this week until I've found a replacement bike.

On a more positive note, I finally got round to investigating doyouyoga.com and have completed most of the 1st week of the beginner course. Hopefully yoga will make up for not cycling this week.

I'm still a tiny bit away from the 6% target - I'm really hoping that I reach it in the next day or 2 It's so close!

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 195 lbs (2 lbs lost this week , 12 lbs lost in total, 5.8% lost to date)
Miles cycled = 8
Days exceeded calorie goal = 1 (but by a long way)

Plan for next week:
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
Complete week 2 of the yoga beginner course
Stick to calorie target for 7 days
Start running!

Week 8

Another agonisingly slow weight loss week. I was so close to the 6% target that I weighed myself every day hoping that this will be the day I reach target. I reached it on Friday but then spent the weekend worried that I'd put on weight before Monday. It didn't help that we spent the weekend away visiting my boyfriend's family, so I was at the mercy of other people when it came to making food choices. I've done yoga every day this week and have been enjoying the energised feeling it gives me for the rest of the day.

I bought a new bike on Friday, so spent the weekend cycling to try it out. I cycled more this weekend than I normally do in 2 weeks of cycling to work!

The end results for the week were:
End weight = 194 lbs (1 lb lost this week , 13 lbs lost in total, 6.3% lost to date)
Miles cycled = 17
Days exceeded calorie goal = 1

I'm pleased with the result over the 8 weeks, but am a little sad I didn't lose 1 more pound as 14 lbs = 1 stone which would've been a nice round number. I have crossed over the line from the obese category to the join the merely overweight people.

I've been struggling for the past few weeks - the more I get resolute with sticking to my calorie goals, the less weight I seem to lose. So, having got to the end of the 8 weeks, I'm going to take a week off. I'll be back on the diet from Monday 1st June, so hopefully I can sustain my self control into the new challenge starting in a few weeks time. I've still got a lot of weight to lose, but if I can maintain my rate of weightloss over the next 12 weeks, I'll be a lot closer to a normal bmi by the end of the next challenge than I would've been if I hadn't started this challenge.

I fully intended to update this diary during the gap between challenges, but I failed. In the intervening weeks since the end of the last challenge I have: promptly put on 4lbs, slowly lost 5 lbs and maintained it for 2 weeks, and now have put on 2 lbs again

So, my starting weight for the summer challenge is 195 lbs (13 st 13)

I have been cycling quite a bit (for me) in the break and I started doing yoga every day. Unfortunately I broke my streak with the yoga and then kept procrastinating so I haven't done any for about 10 days. On a positive note, I did go for a run yesterday, so I have finally made some progress towards that target.

So my goals for this week are:
d10-1 Do yoga every day
d10-2 Go for a run
d10-3 Stick to my calorie limits

Summer Challenge Week 1

I failed to do as much exercise this week as I have before. I fell off my bike on Sunday which meant that my knee hurt too much to do any yoga. I did however go for a run. Not that far, but at least I went!
Various factors also conspired against me being particularly strict with my diet.
I had hoped to be quite strict this last week and this coming week as I go on holiday for a week on Saturday and I was hoping to negate the probably pretty bad results that I'll see when I get back.

The results for the week = 193 lbs (13st 11)(-2 lbs this week, -2 lbs to date)

My goals for next week:
d10-1Do yoga every day
d10-2Stick to my calorie limits
d10-3Go for a longer run than last week

Summer Challenge Week 2

Early update this week as I'm off on holiday in a minute
I started this week well, but then close contact with small children led to me spending the last 2 days in bed. My diet also went off the rails as being poorly makes it difficult to make good choices. Strangely though I've had a good loss this week, though I doubt that its anything more than temporary.

The results for the week = 189 lbs (13st 7)(-4 lbs this week, -6 lbs to date)

My goals for next week:
Enjoy my holiday but try not to go too mad! Hopefully I won't put on too much!

Summer Challenge Week 3

Well, it turns out I forgot to update last week, so I'd better remedy that with a quick update.
I spent this week on holiday and ate out almost every night There was a lot of cake. To top it all off, although we came home Saturday morning, I spent the rest of the weekend in holiday glutton mode and totally failed to control my intake at all. Also I damaged my shoulder part way through the week which has put paid to considering any yoga since I got back (I'm not good enough at yoga yet to work out what I can do with only 1 arm).

The result for the week was slightly disheartening, but not at all unexpected.

The results for the week = 194 lbs (13st 12)(+5 lbs this week, -1 lb to date)

Summer Challenge Week 4

Well, after a huge holiday gain, I intended to hit the diet hard again this week but temptation seemed to be around every corner. I cycled a lot this week (about 25 miles more than usual, including a bunch of hills), but kept being offered cake and icecream and I ate them all shake I lost 2lbs by midweek, but this weekend has been particularly bad so it's all come back again. We're now halfway through the challenge and I'm going to have to go great guns if I have any hope of meeting the 6% target by the end.

The results for the week = 194 lbs (13st 12)(0 lbs this week, -1 lb to date)

My goals for next week:
Just say no. I don't need your donut/cake/ice cream/biscuit no matter how good it looks.
Also, I've been really lax with tracking my food. Track everything I eat in MyFitnessPal.

Summer Challenge Week 5

My target for this week was 3lbs as otherwise I'm not going to make it to 6% by the end of the challenge. Stupidly, I weighed myself every day this week which was probably a mistake as the scales stubbornly refused to show any kind of loss and a couple of times even went up It did motivate me to do more exercise though - I went on an 18 mile cycle ride on Tuesday which I think is the furthest I've ever ridden. I also even took my bike out yesterday in the pouring rain although I didn't cycle very far.

I started yoga again yesterday and although my shoulder still really hurts, I think it's probably good for it - it's got very stiff.

Miraculously the scales this morning showed a loss. I don't know where it came from, but I'm taking it!

The results for the week = 192 lbs (13st 10)(-2 lbs this week, -3 lb to date)
Miles cycled this week: 28.8

My goals for next week:
d10-1 Do yoga every day.
d10-2 Cycle more - try and beat 30 miles next week.

Summer Challenge Week 6

I'd forgotten that I'd agreed to go camping with my family this last weekend, so the loss I'd achieved midweek was negated by a weekend of sausages, burgers and biscuits. I did however manage to do a mammoth (for me!) amount of cycling including a long bike ride on Sunday afternoon when I got home sleep deprived from camping.

Despite having fallen off the diet over the weekend, I'm still craving bad food. I'm having dreams of chips and crisps and cake!

I have hopes that the camping weight will fall off quite fast, but am not optimistic seeing as I still haven't lost the weight I put on on holiday a few weeks ago.

The results for the week = 193 lbs (13st 11)(+1 lb this week, -2 lb to date)
Miles cycled this week: 52

My goals for next week:
d10-1 Go for a run.
d10-2 Cycle even more - try and beat 60 miles next week.

Summer Challenge Week 7

Late updating again!

Last week I did insane (for me!) amounts of exercise. I cycled almost every day, played netball once and went for a long walk on Saturday. The interim measurements I took on the scales during the week looked positive. Then I messed it all up by going to visit a friend on Sunday. Not only was there cheesecake, but it was decided to have pizza for dinner. I think I probably ate a weeks worth of calories in one sitting shake

So the weigh in on Monday was not entirely unexpected. I didn't quite hit the 60 miles cycled target, but I beat last week so I felt good about that.

The results for the week = 192 lbs (13st 10)(-1 lb this week, -3 lb to date)
Miles cycled this week: 54

The good news is that the pizza and cheesecake seem to have left quite swiftly and as of this morning I'm 4lbs down on Monday's weight. I'm not going to make the 6% this time, but at least I might have a reasonable weightloss by the end - I've been worried that I would end this challenge weighing the same as when I started!

Summer Challenge Week 8

And so we hit the end of the Summer Challenge.

After a pretty good start to the week diet wise, I finished by being led astray over the weekend by everyone I met. There was lasagne and garlic bread and tiramisu and curry and cake and custard...shake (not all at once I hasten to add, but my calorie limit for the weekend was well and truly blown).

Also, after the extreme amount of cycling I managed in the last couple of weeks, I cycled exactly 0 miles last week. I spent my free time taking various animals to the vet and didn't get any time to do any exercise. So other than some gentle walking and a not-very-intense netball match, I spent most of the week sitting

The results for the week = 188 lbs (13st 6)(-4 lbs this week, -7 lbs to date)
Miles cycled this week: 0

That leaves me with a total weightloss percentage for this challenge of 3.6%. Not the 6% goal, but still a step in the right direction. I currently weigh less than I have done in probably 10 years. I'm going to keep plodding onward - I aim to weigh less than 13st by the time I do Tough Mudder on 25th September. I've got a long way to go before I hit a normal weight, so I'll be back if there's another challenge in the Autumn

I'm back and raring to go for the Autumn challenge. I've been dreading standing on the scales for the last few weeks as I'm aware that I fell completely off the rails after the end of the Summer challenge. In the last 3 weeks I've celebrated 7 birthdays of close friends and family (including my own) and my diet has been about 70% cake and 30% meals out over that time modest

Shockingly I weighed in yesterday at 192 lbs only 4 lbs up from where I ended the summer challenge. I would be sad that I failed to maintain over the last few weeks, but actually I'm just glad it's not more!

This week is going to be a bit odd as my main concern is running Tough Mudder on Saturday. I have to run 12 miles cross country whilst tackling obstacles. Last year I'd done quite a bit of training before hand and it hurt more than anything else. I swore last year that I'd be fitter this year and that I'd weigh a stone (14 lbs) less. This year, the training has fizzled out over the summer so I'm definitely not fitter, and I currently only weigh 4 lbs less than I did this time last year.

So, my plan for this week is:
d10-1 Get back to doing yoga everyday. I've done it the last 2 days so hopefully I can keep up the streak.
d10-2 Record all my food.
d10-3 Survive Tough Mudder!

Hopefully I'll be back with all limbs intact next week

Autumn Challenge - Week 1

Well I knew that this week was going to be an odd one. I started the week well by keeping to my calorie limit and I started the doyouyoga.com 14 day yoga for weightloss challenge again. I tried it earlier in the year and only got to day 4 so I'm determined to do better this time.

The cloud on the horizon was Tough Mudder on Saturday. I stopped counting calories Friday afternoon - partially because I was wanting to stock up energy reserves for the next day and partially because I visited a friend Friday evening and she cooked dinner. I always feel awkward if someone's cooked if I'm on a diet. I normally just eat it all and try and make up for it later.

Saturday dawned and we left to attempt Tough Mudder. 11.5 miles of cross-country running interspersed with 29 obstacles that push you to your limits. Crawling through mud, climbing over walls, swimming having jumped off a high platform - we did them all and came out the other side relatively unscathed.

From gallery of nartie

(That's me in the middle, surrounded by my much thinner family and friends)

We celebrated with McDonalds on the way home blush but yesterday I did much worse. Instead of going back to counting calories again, I ate everything I could get my hands on and more. I finished the day with a Chinese takeaway

So, unsurprisingly, I've ended this week heavier than I started. Hopefully the effects of yesterday's blowout will go quickly - I've been super good so far today

The results for the week = 193 lbs (13st 11)(+1 lb this week, +1 lb to date)
Days on which I did yoga: 4

My goals for next week:
d10-1 Do yoga on at least 5 days
d10-2 Log everything I eat

Autumn Challenge - Week 2

Unsurpisingly, my luck didn't hold and the horrible cough/cold thing that has been going round our family attacked me last Monday. I spent 3 days sleeping and eating comfort food and I ended up doing no exercise whatsoever all week. No yoga, no cycling, nothing. (I did kinda play netball because our team was short of players but I don't think that my level of movement in that game really counts as exercise!)

I tried to make up for the disastrous start to the week by eating quite well over the weekend. I'm feeling much better now so hopefully I'll be able to achieve some more exercise in the coming week.

Autumn Challenge - Week 3

Maybe I should resist weighing in more than once a week. I was feeling really good on Friday as I was already 2 lbs down for the week. That, coupled with being led astray by my family lead to 2 days of dodgy eating. I'd been not making particularly good choices for most of Friday and Saturday and then I topped it off with pizza. I cut back a bit on Sunday, but the bad weekend showed on the weigh in on Monday

I still haven't done as much activity as I planned. I've acquired a Fitbit today, so maybe that will motivate me to move a bit more.

The results for the week = 189 lbs (13st 7)(-1 lb this week, -3 lbs to date)

Autumn Challenge - Week 4

Despite a bad weekend, I've managed a good loss this week. I've been going though periods of starvation followed by gluttony so I don't think it's the healthiest way to continue. I keep being led astray by my friends and family which I'm not sure how to counteract. My brother booked a table at a super posh restaurant to celebrate my mum's birthday on Saturday. They have a fixed price menu, so it seemed wasteful to not eat everything. The restaurant also don't seem to have heard of healthy choices I ate a huge amount of duck and some divine ice cream and I dread to think how many calories the whole meal came to. To attempt to marginally counteract the calorie overload on Saturday, I went for a run on Sunday, though I probably needed to run about 5 times as far as I did to even come close to working off the calories I'd ingested!

I'm still getting to grips with how the Fitbit works, but it's shocking how little exercise I do on a normal day.

My brother's chickens have come to stay with me for a fortnight, so my diet for the next 2 weeks will mostly be egg based. It'll be interesting to see how much difference it makes. I don't normally eat eggs regularly.

The results for the week = 186 lbs (13st 4)(-3 lbs this week, -6 lbs to date)

Autumn Challenge - Week 6

The week started badly, with a client making us a very large and very nice cake. I may have partaken of the cake on more than one day shake (it was very large).
Jon bought a massive amount of chocolate and sweets this week for any Trick or Treaters that stop by. Not that we normally get many. The total number we got this year? Zero. So I've been snacking on mini chocolate for several days shake
Shockingly, I've ended the week at the same point I started it. I don't think I deserved to! I'm going to have to pull out all the stops to hit 6% in the next 2 weeks.
