Plan: Little to no sweets. I am horrible about eating far too many sweets. No more!
Exercise several times weekly. I need to put my gym membership to use! No sense in paying for it if I'm not using it. I plan on semi-daily workouts for 45-60 min. I will post my routines and lifts here as well.
Starting weight as of 3-30-15: 188.6 lbs
Goal Weight on 5-30-15: 170 lbs
