feature lets you save not just a favorite game or location or group of players, but all of those things in one. For example, let's say I and a group of my buddies from the radio world get together at my place and play Camel Cup, as we often do. In fact, we do this so often that by now we all have our established colors, and we always play with the Supercup expansion that Bill bought us. Frankly, I'm getting tired of logging this same information every week. So what I do is set up as though I am going to log a play of Camel Cup, without entering any scores or checking any win boxes:

Now, instead of logging this, I go open up the Favorites Drawer by clicking on the

...and the pink drawer pops open.

Here I click on the

Favorite Scenarios button:

Which is going to save everything I've entered. It asks me to name this scenario, defaulting to the name of the game I've selected.

But I play Camel Cup with other people in other situations, too, so instead of accepting that name, I'm going to give it a unique name:

Now when I click Save, I get feedback that my scenario was successfully saved. Now the next time I click on that particular scenario, everything I entered before will pop up, and all I have to do is enter scores.

(The player-icon overlaying the cover art indicates that this particular scenario has at least one saved player, the location icon indicates it contains a location, and the star indicates that the scenario contains at least one expansion for the game.)

Note that you don't have to include player colors, or any players at all. You could just use the Favorite Scenarios button to save a copy of Dominion with all the expansions you typically use pre-selected so you don't have to go hunt for them them and check the boxes every time. The Favorite Scenarios button is to be used for any situation where you're saving any amount of data more than just the game title itself.
