Hi!

I read some post of people from Queen Games here on BGG forums and I want to communicate here too my problem (I've already mailed f.thyben@queen-games.de and s.stadler@queen-games.de):

I bought a really cool Alhambra big Box in Amazon.de and it came clearly mint to my house, no signs of manipulation.

When I opened I noticed that there was 3 tiles missing from the 5th expansion just I'm showing in the image:


I mailed them last Friday and they didn't answer me yet (yeah, I understand that it's probably too soon, but I want to track down this issue in the BGG forums for other people who have the same problem)

Is there any other email to contact Queen Games? I'm from Spain btw.

I read too about their excellent customer care and I want to be proud like the others

She checks the forums regularly, I believe she's a contact for Queen Games in North America and she's been very helpful. Perhaps she can put you in touch with someone from Queen Games Europe(?)

Update.

There's no sign of life from Queen Games except from Nikki who answered me instantly.

I hope that those parts arrive soon because I'm consuming all the Alhambra expansion modules quite fast! It's very addictive

Finally get three tiles from Queen Games but not the three missing ones

I wrote back Nikki and Queen Games DE looking for a solution.

I'll keep reporting !

Almost one month later still no answer from Nikki or Queen Games either.

I'm starting to be disappointed with the customer care

I've had two games that came with missing tiles. It took 3 months to finally get them. Two weeks later I got a duplicate set of the same tiles in the mail.

But I don't have any news from QG nor replacements or so.

And I bought (I'm a naive) Revolt in Rom expecting international edition and I got Deutsch edition but... why bother?

Well, a few days ago all my missing parts finally arrives, but without any sign of life from Queen Games.

Keith from Kickstarter department was the only who answered me but when the pieces had already arrived. If you have troubles with parts or something and no one ansered you in a time, try their kickstarter address

Since september finally I can play the expansion of those tiles.
