For a boring guy (a Sys admin - not accountant, luckily then I would be completely screwed!) I find this Summer "challenge" really challenging!
Right now I am completely blank on ideas of what to do of fun stuff... I already did some things that I consider 'fun' (such as my Cameo appearance list, Real persons list, Plagiarism? list, and so on) - so suddenly I feel really... empty!
I don't know what the geeks would consider as "fun" - I have a geeklist in the working where I am going to tinker with some electronic to make something for vintage gaming, but that might be just as fun as (okay - maybe a little more fun than) my lists of video games for obscure platforms.
If anyone have some nice ideas, I am sure that not only I but maybe also other could use some inspiration
(okay, "fun" fact; you notice that in the second paragraph I write 'fun' and in the third I write "fun"? The " suddenly didn't work on my computer - same as W - but w and 2 did (same buttons) - but "funny" enough they suddenly works... I think it's about time I found a new keyboard for this old laptop...)

As it's getting colder (at least in the northern part of the world) we will be more and home and hopefully play more videogames.
So for this season you need to play at least 3 different games and talk about them. You can talk about them in the what did you play this week geeklist, write session reports, write a review, ... whatever you like.

That timing worked out great! Here are the first 3 games I've played and talked about this month:
1. Played through Super Metroid for the first time in my life and got to experience firsthand why this game is such a classic - GeekList Entry
2. I ran through Super Punch-Out!! for probably the 10th time in my life. It's one of my favorite games of all time - GeekList Entry
3. I started up Detroit: Become Human, which I've been meaning to get around to for a long time now. I'm enjoying it so far, despite some David Cage style annoyances - GeekList Entry

Friendly reminder for for the recent achievers
Now to check if I qualify for the bronze/silver/gold community goal badges this year.
I see I need to play some more platforms, and that'll make me a contributor to 2 community goals.
Then there's the 201-300 list and the 35 years list, which I need to find again...

Only 1984 and 1985 is missing now
To make it awesome there are a few years where the game needs to be beaten (1987, 1992, 1998 and 2000) - but the goal was 5+ hours or beaten so only two years are missing.
