Sorry if this has been asked before, but considering Michael Jordan wouldn't allow his name in NBA Basketball video games, there was a court ruling banning the NCAA to use player likenesses without compensation, and with Carrie Fisher allowed the Star Wars universe the rights to her likeness. So would everyone else out their allow your likeness to be used in games? If so, how much would everyone else out there charge monetarily for their likeness?

As a peasant, I'd have to pay for a game developer to use my likeness. I see that often enough on VG kickstarter campaigns, usually costing around $500, $1000, or $1500 depending on the expected popularity of the game.

If I were famous, I'd probably let my agent figure it out. Royalties for that kind of stuff can be higher than the value I'd probably put on it myself.

These are not the droids you're looking for. You can go about your business.

It would be dependent on how much money the company can afford, how cool of a game it was, are there royalties involved, etc.
