I really think they should reboot The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and release it on all generation 7, 8, and 9 consoles.

Why stop there? I won't be happy until I have Skyrim for NES. Particularly if they then release it for Switch Online so I can switch between Skyrim Switch and Skyrim NES.

I wonder if a remake of Ico is in the works, given that the Shadow of the Colossus remake was quite successful.

Most of my favourite games have already had sequels or remakes.

I'd like to see that. I never played the original, but it looks intriguing.

Too Human. Hands down an easy and obvious answer.

I would like to get a version of Nubb's Revenge for modern phones. It's a super-obscure roll 'n' move/RPG mashup for Palm OS. Mindless fun.

Alas, the authors used a disposable "pobox.com" address in all the circa 2006 documentation and I don't know of any way to reach them.
