I have plenty of games. I keep my owned board games up to date on BGG, but I don't track my video games anywhere (though I have files with lists for PC and digital 360 games) or my RPGs (I have a large archive of PDFs on top of my physical books).

I don't really play games to "beat" them, and many of my games are not end-oriented titles (I don't video game for story). I actually didn't like when "beating" arose for how people talk about their gaming.

Rarity isn't something I really care much about. I'm not a collector. Games that stand out as special to me would probably be more on the board games side, like Kaivai, Mecanisburgo, or Die Macher.

so I apparently got really far behind on entering my new games into VGG. I went through and got it as up to date as I can think at the time, and I have 2501 games now according to VGG, added about 90 games. (this does include some DLC I believe, although I think I ignored a lot of DLC as I don't consider it a separate game in most cases)

What's "story" got to do with it?

We forgive you, since you have more games than 99 percent of us put together.

That's a question that I'd really like to be able to answer, but I'm really not sure!

My VGG collection lists 181 games, but I know there's quite a few games - both old stuff and newer stuff from bundle deals - that I haven't entered. And probably a fair number of apps games that aren't on VGG.

Then there's also app games that I technically own and have played, but have now become incompatible and I can never play again.

And many Kongregate games that I've beaten, but aren't listed anywhere and I probably wouldn't remember them.

Not really sure how to count it all!

I decided to keep a geeklist of games I'd beaten:
Video Games I've beaten

Which is probably semi-accurate and lists 87 games at the moment (again, no Kongregate games), but I haven't even a vague guess for how many I've just played not beaten - way more than that!
