時に１８８９年。

今から１００年ほど前の昔、沈みゆくノーチラス、キングはとある無人島に漂着し、数々の困難を克服しながら、子供だけの気ままなその日暮らしをしていました。 しかし、ジャンがコツコツと築きあげた一大科学文明も一夜の嵐によってあつけなく崩壊してしまったのです。 ところが「禍福はあざなえる縄のごとし」の例えどおりに、嵐はジャン達の前に巨大な島も運んできてくれたのです。 その島で懐かしい、エアトンやグランヂイス、サンソン、ハンソンの３人組に再会したジャン達は食料が豊富なグランヂイス達の島に移り住むことに決めました。

やがて、この島にはおかしなことがいくつもあることがわかります。 中でも最大の謎は、この島は動いているということでした。 動く島での生活にも落ち着いたある日、この島は不思議な島の前で止まってしまいます。 ジャン達はその島に上陸し、調べてみることにしました。 この島には一体どんな秘密があるのでしょうか。 そして、ナヂイアは一体何を考えて生きているのでしょうか。

Year: 1889

100 years ago after the sinking of the Nautilus, the castaways, along with King, after many hard times, were living a carefree life on a deserted island. However, the island "civilization" that Jean had built piece by piece using his knowledge of science, was destroyed overnight by a storm. "Sometimes from misfortune comes luck" for the storm also carried a huge island before Jean and the others. On this island, Jean and the others met up with their old friends Aryton, Grandis, Samson, and Hanson. The food was abundant so they decided to stay.

Over time they noticed many strange things about the island. The strangest of all was that island was moving! One day after they had all settled down to life on a moving island, the island stops in front of a new and mysterious island. Jean and the others decided to land on this new island and explore it. What kind of secret will they discover on this new island? Meanwhile, Nadia is thinking to herself "Now what?!"
