User Summary
RAM! is a single-player game of ancient naval combat set during the Peloponnesian War. It was designed by Steve Estvanik. The game offers three modes of play: a training mission, scenarios, and a campaign.
The are four stand-alone scenarios dated from 413 to 429 BC: Chalcis, Naupactus, Bay of Pylos, and Erineus.
In the campaign mode you control the Athenian fleet as it proceeds through the series of scenarios. Your fleet can have up to six ships, each rated for strength, marines, rowers and fatigue. Your are given a pool of points which can be spent to increase one or more of these attributes. After each scenario, fleet building points may be awarded based on your success in the scenario. These points can then be spent to upgrade your fleet before the next scenario is played.
