Penguin Slide

Penguins race to slide down the glacier to splash into the sea.

Welcome to the South Pole. Wow, it is freezing down here. To keep ourselves warm we penguins play games with our penguin buddies.

Our favourite game is played on the face on the glacier. We play in teams. The first team to get to the sea wins. We do this by sliding down the paths in the ice.

Watch out! Any penguin that slides to the ladders at the side will have to go all the way back to the top of the glacier and start all over again. Some of the other naughty teams may try to get opposition penguins to these ladders on their turns. So try and get your penguins that cannot make it to the sea as safe as possible in the middle of the glacier. Of course we do not do naughty stuff like that, wink, wink.
