User Summary:
A strange puzzle-solving story adventure game by the avant garde developer Ken'ichi Nishi and Lovedelic. In Lack of love, you take the role of a microbe that can yell/attack, say hello, sleep and urinate. By interacting with the other microbes around you, you gain their friendship and when you've gained a certain amount of friends, you evolve into the next stage, gradually growing and entering new areas with other creatures to interact with.
Each creature has a name that hints on what should be done. There are the "scaredshellpeeks" (say hello when they peek out of their shells), the "sleepers" (sleep beside them) and so on.
As a background story, there is a robot named Halumi who is trying to colonize the planet the player is living on, and at certain points in the game, the player encounters Halumi and follows the road of colonialization.
The game was only released for the Dreamcast in Japan.
