Return of the Witch Lord is an expansion for Heroquest. It is a straightforward adaptation of the boardgame expansion of the same name.
The expansion contains ten quests linked by a storyline: the adventurers party must travel to the lost city of Kalos to find and destroy the Witch Lord, a powerful sorcerer raising an army of undead.
According to the manual the quests are designed to be more difficult than in the base game.
