The Second Tiberium War is over. Kane is dead. Again. Maybe. In the aftermath of the NOD defeat, Kane's inner circle of generals has splintered into a group of squabbling warlords. In the meantime, Commander Anton Slavik struggles to reunite the various NOD factions. And a threat even greater than that posed by the Global Defense Initiative has surfaced: CABAL, the artificial intelligence that helped the Brotherhood prosecute the war, has gone rampant, unleashing cyborg armies upon the world.
