User Summary

Carriers at War II is a further upgrade of Carriers at War (1992).

Graphics are further enhanced, as is the AI. The number of ship and aircraft types has been increased, with many British and Dutch forces now modeled. Half the scenarios in CAWII feature British forces, in addition to the more traditional scenarios involving the U.S.

More scenarios are provided, including variations of Leyte Gulf, as well as a look at Operation Olympic, the hypothetical invasion of Japan and Plan Orange, which postulates an earlier breakout of hostilities when battle ships still reigned supreme.
