Corvus Umbranox is an imperial nobel, count of Anvil, the Gray Fox, and husband to Millona Umbranox. He had been missing for ten years but is able to return upon lifting the Gray Cowl's curse and finding a new Gray Fox to lead the Thieves Guild.
When he doned the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal after becoming the previouse Gray Fox's susscessor he also gained it's curse which erases it's wearers name from history and thus no one reconised him. He'd disguise himself as someone called the Stranger and live in the abandoned house in Anvil and when asked about the Gray Fox he'd respond:
"Everyone wants to know about the Gray Fox. Gray Fox this, Gray Fox that. He's just a man, not a Daedric lord. I've heard it all. They say he's immortal because he's led the Thieves Guild for over 300 years. No-one has ever seen his face because he always wears that gray cowl. Oh, and speaking of the Gray Cowl, did you know he stole it from Nocturnal herself? You'd think he was Saint Nerevar the way they talk about him."
The thieves say the Gray Fox is immortal having run the Thieves Guild for over 300 years, can turn invisible, shrink to the size of a mouse, seep under doors, and turn to mist but most people believe him to be purly myth. Hieronymus Lex is the sworn enemy of the Gray Fox and does all in his power to arrest him. Once Corvus had obtained one of the Elder Scrolls he could remove curse, renounce his life of crime, and return to Millona Umbranox.
At 6am he will follow Millona Umbranox until 8am. He can then be found in the great hall. At 4pm he heads to the royal quarters and at 8pm will be in the dining hall until midnight. Due to a bug he will not sleep but stand next to the bed. On weekends he will spend the evening on the balcony from 5pm to 8pm as long as it dosn't rain.
