S'thasa is a khajiit publican and owner of the Border Watch Inn at the Border Watch.
She is an avid collector of rare fine cheeses from all over Cyrodiil and keeps them in a display case in her inn. The Olroy cheese is stolen from her and used to draw in rats to trick the khajiit of Border Watch into thinking the ‘K'sharra Prophecy’ has come true.
The ‘K'sharra Prophecy’ was told by Ri'Bassa’s great-great-great grandfather K'sharra and tells of the gods sending three signs foretelling the end of the world. The first being a plague of rats then all their livestock will die without cause and finally fear. The daedric prince Sheogorath takes amusement in there prophecies and decides to pull a prank on the Border Watch by making the khajiit think the K'sharra Prophecy has come true.
"It's been a hobby of mine for years. I've collected cheeses from all over Tamriel, including the rare Olroy cheese! A more pungent cheese you'll never find. It looks smooth, but it stinks to the heavens and beyond!" - S'thasa
