Etira Moslin is an imperial trader and owner of Moslin's Dry Goods in the settlement of Hackdirt.
She is related to Hackdirt’s founder Irlav Moslin and found his copy of the ‘Bible of the Deep Ones’ which was supposedly written by invisible beings. Etira managed to translate the runes which led to the kidnapping and planned sacrifice of Seed-Neeus's daughter Dar-Ma.
Like the other citizens of Hackdirt she makes it clear they don’t like strangers and gathers with the rest of the town in the caverns under Hackdirt to worship and makes sacrifices to the invisible beings.
When asked about Dar-Ma:
"I don't know any Dar-Ma. If you’re talking about that cursed Argonian swindler from Chorrol, I'd like to know where she is, too. She never showed up. How am I supposed to run a shop without any merchandise? You tell her I want half off on my next delivery."
When confronted about Dar-Ma’s horse Blossom outside:
"I already told you, she never showed up. That's my horse. Owned it for years. Now either buy something or get out."
