Carter Follis Software Associates consisted of Roy Carter and Greg Follis and were active on the British 8-bit computers of the mid-1980s. Their first game was a simple but graphically impressive shoot-em-up Ad Astra, but they were better known for their Graphic Adventures.
They released a two part series steeped in Celtic mythology following the story of a hero Cuchulainn in the afterlife, and in his youth.
Their next game, Heavy on the Magick, was the first in a planned trilogy and was based on the "Western Occult Tradition". The manual references works by Aleister Crowley, the English occultist. Sadly the planned second and third games never materialised.
