The NES Four Score is a 4-player multi-tap controller adapter for the NES console. It features 4 standard plugs for controller input; a switch to choose between 2 and 4 players; and toggle buttons which put the "A" and/or "B" buttons into "Turbo" mode (simulating the button being pressed rapidly).

It uses up both controller ports on the main console.
