User Summary
Not to be confused with the Xbox 360 Halo Reach Special Edition or the Zbox 360 S Halo 4 Special Edition consoles
A special edition version of the original Xbox 360, which came in a special green and cobber-chrome colour scheme, with a matching Xbox 360 Controller and Xbox 360 Headset, as well as an HDMI cable (at this time only Xbox 360 Elite had HDMI), and carried a 20GB harddisk (like Xbox 360 Premium) also in a special Halo colour scheme, thus being a hybrid between the Pro/Premium and Elite Xbox 360s.
The game was not bundled with the console.

At the E3 2007 press conference, Microsoft announced the Halo 3 Special Edition console, released September 25, 2007. It sports a Halo 3 theme on the console, a wired headset, a wireless controller, and a Play and Charge Kit. Other than the unique "Spartan green-and-gold" color scheme, exclusive dashboard theme and downloads, and an HDMI port, its features were unusual in that it had the HDMI port present only on the elite, but the 20 GB hard drive of the premium. It is priced at US$399.99 and £279.99 (the original price of the Xbox 360).
