TopWare Interactive is a german video game publisher and developer located in based in Karlsruhe. TopWare Interactive was started in 1995 as a video game publishing subsidiary of TopWare CD Service AG based in Mannheim, Germany. They are best known for releasing games of low to average quality, most notably: Two Worlds (advertised as the "Oblivion killer"), X-Blades, and the infamous Raven's Cry.

Controversy:
Fake Reviews: TopWare released an updated version of Raven's Cry on Steam as 'Vendetta: A Curse of Raven's Cry' with fake positive reviews. They were also accused of paying European game journalists for good reviews.
Micro-transactions: The system was added into the over 10 year old game, Two Worlds II.
- In February 2001, TopWare CD Service AG filed for bankruptcy. All rights, including both development studios, were acquired by Zuxxez Entertainment AG.
- In 2011, Zuxxez officially changed its name back to TopWare Interactive.
- 2016, TopWare Interactive filed for bankruptcy.
- As of 2022 the status of the company is unknown. Topware went bankrupt in 2016, and announced Two Worlds 3 a month later. The has stated Two Worlds 3 is still in pre-production as of 2022.
