China Wireless Arts (CWA), founded in March 2003, is one of the largest mobile game developers and distributors in China. Over the past decade, CWA has developed hundreds of mobile games that not only have been well received in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, but also largely popular among fans from 100 plus countries across Asia and other regions worldwide. In addition to business development, CWA is also a founding member of China Providers Union, which strives to protectthe intellectual property rights for mobile games in China.
CWA currently has about 210 employees, over half of them involve in the company’s research and developmental work. Following the vast development in the global mobile gaming platform, there has been a steady increase in demand for sales promoters for our products worldwide. Hence in 2009, CWA has established a subsidiary branch in Taiwan with a primary purpose of promoting the company’s business in Taiwan and across Asia. CWA is the first Chinese mobile game developer to establish a subsidiary branch in Taiwan, and one of a very few mobile game developers in the Greater China region to have a cross-strait business spread.
CWA has evolved from a local games developer for feature phones into a smartphone games developer running business worldwide. As of mid-2012, CWA has already released more than 4 games running on Android and more than 3 games on the iOS platform.
