In 1976, David Jiterman, economics student and owner of a board games store in the neighborhood of Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina, patents T.E.G.: Plan Táctico y Estratégico de la Guerra. The same year he founds Yetem S.A. , name taken from the sound produced by the French phrase "Je te aime" (I love you).
T.E.G.: Plan Táctico y Estratégico de la Guerra is first commercialized in 1978. He organizes tournaments to promote the game. There is an exponential growth of players and fans.
Over the years, the company has continued to expand on the T.E.G. family and has also released several other games, most of them licensed copies of international classics.
