User Summary

Spectrobes is an action role-playing game series that takes place in the Nanairo planetary system among its seven planets. Each planet has a unique environment and spectrobes found nowhere else. Spectrobes are small creatures that come in a variety of forms and are each aligned with a different element. Krawl are malevolent beings that plague the planetary system and while most are mindless High krawl have gained sentience similar to humans and command their fellow krawl. They have become such a threat that a military-like group called the Nanairo planetary Patrol was formed to combat them.

The games follow the adventures and deeds of the Nanairo planetary Patrol’s favored officers Rallen and Jeena who in addition to fighting off the krawl enlist the aid of spectrobes awakened from a fossilized state using the prizmod. As they secure Nanairo’s planets from krawl invasion they also discover and unravel the mysteries surrounding the spectrobes existence and the ancient civilizations that once kept and worshiped them.

Spectrobes are found in a fossilized state and can only be awakened after the fossil has been extracted through an extraction mini-game. How much damage is done to the fossil during extraction will determine its starting stats. In their first stage spectrobes can only search for items or crawl through small crevices but will get larger and more powerful as they ‘evolve’ making them more useful in battle. Spectrobes can be leveled through battle and by devouring special crystals found across the land. Rallen and Jeena can also fight along side their spectrobes instead of sitting on the sidelines barking orders.
