User Summary

Interstate '76: Gold was an upgraded/re-released version of the original Interstate '76, with significantly-enhanced graphics and support for 3D hardware.

All single-player content was the same as in the Original I'76, but Gold is considered an independent game by players because multiplayer is not compatible with the original game, plus there were a number of minor differences in the physics and the behaviors of certain weapons (particularly missile and mortar-based weapons).

Originally available on its own, I'76 Gold was later bundled with I'76 Nitro as the "Interstate '76 Arsenal".
