We're excited to see all the awesome things that "just happen" at BGG.CON Spring! While we don't have the logistical resources to run all the different kinds of events that many of you want to participate in, we know that you, our community, are awesome enough to run your own "Special Event". If you have an idea for an event, and you're confident you can get 30-50 or even up to 75 people to join in, and you don't need any official support other than dedicated space, reserve your spot here.

We have set aside a room for you to schedule your events. If the room is not scheduled for a specific event, it is available for open gaming.

Guidelines -

http://geekdo-images.com/images/die-black-1.gif Bring the games/supplies - whatever you need to run the event. Don't count on library copies being available.

http://geekdo-images.com/images/die-black-2.gif Use a forum thread to find players. You can link your sign-up here to your thread like this: " [ thread=#### MyEventName ] "

http://geekdo-images.com/images/die-black-3.gif Schedule the game on this page. Time Slots are for 2 hour blocks. Please fill in the appropriate number of time slots for the length of the event including set-up and clean-up.

USE THIS FORMAT WHEN FILLING IN YOUR SLOT (just remove the spaces next to the brackets):
Event Name - Organizer's BGG Username
[ thread=#### MyEventName ] - [ username=BGGUsername ] <---will link to your forum thread announcing your event and will link people to you, the organizer

http://geekdo-images.com/images/die-black-4.gif Be mindful of others playing before you and after you. When your time slot is up - you are out.
