history

Zgrr'ak: You(or your sect) are tied to my curse or monstrous origin. Tell me how? Zgrr'ak was researching past chosen ones, to help in his training of Seth. During their talks they became friends and was allowed by the sect to have Karrzak released.

Seldanna: Romantic obsession on my part. She knows and the feelings are not reciprocated.

Seth: You tried to slay me, but I proved I'm a good guy.
Because in the course of our fight we crashed through a skylight into the middle of a school nativity play, and Karrzak declined to press his advantage for fear of a child getting hurt.

Zgrr'ak

history

Karrzak: Is an ex-member of the sect, but still friends. Karrzak was thrown out of the sect and locked away for hundreds of years because he gave in to his demon blood in a bid for power.

Seldanna: You met researching mystical weirdness, and you've been spooky buddies ever since.

Seth: They're described in the prophecies, but the role they will play isn't stated. The sect has found out about you and sent me to investigate your possession. After I have reported my findings to the sect, they have decided to leave you be as an "uninteresting case" (at least that is what they told me), but I am curious about your possession and we stayed together, while I was using the sect's knowledge to find out more.

Seldanna Marzanna/Susie Kinkaid

history

Karrzak: We've known each other some time now, but since my powers manifested I keep you at a distance emotionally -I am thinking of this from the angle that perhaps Seldanna (the possessing witch) knew Karzzak back in their time and were romantically involved back then. Since she has come into the Susie body she has kept her distance, out of some sort of respect for the body she is inhabiting.

Zgrr'ak: I hope that you can help me control my powers...the Susie side of me hopes you can free her...the Seldanna spirit hopes you can help her find another way to stay in this time without possessing the girl.

Seth: You saw me use my powers for selfish or vindictive reasons. It was the family pastor who was called on to try and exorcise Seldanna out of Susie's body. Seldanna responded by telepathically sending into his mind the experience she endured being burnt at the stake...he never bothered her again! Seth has totally justified this incident in his own head despite a few nagging doubts.

Karrzak: You could have been the Chosen One instead of me, because you were Nephilim too. But back in the day your lust for power allowed your demon side to consume you.

Zgrr'ak: You're destined to be my mentor. The cult are aware of a prophecy that states Seth will be the greatest war-leader in the upcoming conflict between humans and monsters. The prophecy is, however, unclear on which side he'll be fighting for. With that in mind, the cult have sent you here to keep a close eye on my tendancy to sympathise with and show mercy to the monsters I fight.

Seldanna: We are brother and sister. Suzie left home to pursue fame on the big screen. Seth is the chosen one, but his sister's Nephilim blood is what attracted the witch to her and allows her to keep possession of Suzie's body.
